Re-visioning Teacher Education
State Board of Education is requiring all teacher education programs to meet new standards. The plan for how ASU will meet the standards must be completed by June 30, 2009.

In January 2008, the State Board of Education approved in concept a new program approval process. The following rubric was developed to align with and reflect the North Carolina Professional Teaching Standards approved by the North Carolina State Board of Education on June 7, 2007.
